How do I order with a Purchase Order?
Please fax your purchase order to 1-530-745-9732. Should you have any questions about ordering, we will be happy to talk with you over the phone at 1-530-888-7160.

I have more than one child using the program. Can I get additional sets of the materials?
Yes. If you need more materials, you can order from our website, www.bonnieterrylearning.com, or by contacting our Customer Service department by calling 1-530-888-7160.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Your order should arrive within two weeks of your order date. These shipping times include both processing and transit time. If you have been waiting longer than the specified time, please contact us via e-mail now.

What is your return policy?
We have a 60-day, money-back guarantee (less Shipping & Handling) so you can be sure our products meet your needs. Please note, since any writing portions are reproducible, all products must be returned unmarked in re-salable condition. If you wish to return any of the products, please read the answer to the next question. (Note that shipping and handling is not refundable.)

How do I return my product(s)?
If you have questions about how to use the product, you may wish to call Customer Service at 1-530-888-7160. We can recommend ways for you to use the program. If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return the product within the 60-day guarantee period, please re-pack the products in their original or similar packaging, include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and send to us by either U.S. Mail or UPS. Reminder: You will not be refunded for shipping and handling costs. Please contact us should you have any questions regarding the return of products.

When will I receive my refund?
If you return your product(s) to our warehouse within the 60-day guarantee period (it can take as long as two weeks to reach us depending on the carrier you choose), a refund is typically issued as described below. (Note that shipping and handling is not refundable.) Should your package be returned after the 60-day guarantee period, it will be returned to you.

Credit card/debit card: We will issue a credit for the product(s) price to the account used to place the order 7 to 10 working days after receiving the product(s). Check/money order: You should receive a refund check for the product(s) price 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the product(s). Reminder: You will not be refunded for shipping and handling charges.

How do I cancel an existing order?
Since all orders enter the shipping process within 24 hours of being placed, you must call us at 1-530-888-7160 to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, and after receiving the products you still wish to cancel your order, please follow the instructions from “How do I return my product(s)?” above.

I’m having trouble ordering online. What should I do?

We make our programs available to the public, but Bonnie Terry Learning does not endorse third party workshops or clinics because we cannot control or guarantee these workshops or clinics. Bonnie Terry Learning is the only provider endorsed and licensed by the authors of the Bonnie Terry programs.
